This involved compiling a collection of photographs provided by the general community, Birmingham Archives, Yousef Choudhury Collections and the private collection of Aftab Rahman.

This exhibition chronicles the migrational journey of the Bangladeshi community post and pre 1971. It depicts key stages of social and political change affecting the Bangladeshi community in England, East Pakistan and Bangladesh respectively.

The exhibition also portrays the experiences of Bangladeshi settlement in the UK whilst illustrating the contributions they have made to over all community development.
