SBYF provides a bi-lingual advice information and advocacy service to members of the local community. The service is provided 5 days a week between 10.00am and 2.00pm.

We can give free advice and assistance in the following areas

• Welfare Rights Benefits
• Council Tax
• Housing
• Employment
• Debt
• Consumer matters
• And many other matters

We also have an immigration specialist who attends every two weeks to provide expert advice and information on immigration matters, including undertaking casework.

Our Advisor offers community advice and information in a range of Asian languages which include Bengali, Sylheti, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.

We can also provide an outreach service for elderly and disabled people by providing support and assistance with completing Attendance Allowance and Disability Living Allowance forms.
